        The proxy @ Rs. 275.00 will be charged from those  who will stay in the name of individuals in whose favour room(s) Circuit/Rest Houses has been booked.

        The room rent for staying in the Circuit House/Rest House for more than seven days continuously is fixed as under:-

         For AC Rooms available in the Circuit Houses/Rest Houses Room rent may be charged Rupees 25.00 extra.

         The officers of H. P. Govt. undertaking/HP University H. P. Krishi Vishva Vidyalya Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry shall be charged the same rates as are applicable to the H. P. Govt. Officers/Officials.
